I switched over to Accura in 2019 and it was clear from the outset that things would be very different. Since I signed the letter of engagement nothing has been too much trouble and the Accura team has blown me away with both their professionalism and friendliness – a far cry from previous experiences at another practice.
Since we’ve been in lockdown, where uncertainty has never been more prevalent, Melvyn’s daily email updates have proven invaluable. Going to the trouble of analysing the daily press conference information and advising on how it will affect my business was no doubt extremely time consuming to produce but it’s thanks to him and his team that any questions I had were answered before they even came about.
The advice and assistance they’ve given me goes beyond my business as they have just helped me with my first mortgage, turning round a herculean task presented to them in record time despite all still working from home!
Each person that forms the structure of this team should be commended not just for their people skills but also for their exemplary professional skills; most notably the willingness and eagerness to ask as many questions as they feel they need to in order to do their job more effectively and deliver a better end result. It’s that initiative and communication that sets them apart from everyone else and the results speak volumes.
